Free shipping is valid for orders of 150 dollars and above.

We deliver all cargoes by fast shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped by Saraskla, you will receive an email with your shipment confirmation and tracking information. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your Account or the email address used during the checkout process.

Return and Exchange

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You can contact us at hello@saraskla.com to start the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return mailing label and shipping instructions. We will not accept products sent back to us without requesting a refund.
